Tenant Management

Tenant Management allows administrators to configure organization-wide settings for your NEURO instance.

As a tenant administrator, you can:

  • Configure organization settings
  • Manage branding and customization
  • Set security policies
  • Configure integrations
  • Monitor usage
  1. Navigate to Settings (gear icon)
  2. Select Tenant Settings (admin only)

  1. Go to Tenant SettingsProfile

  3. Click Save Changes

Upload your organization logo:

  1. Go to Branding tab
  2. Upload logos:
    • Primary Logo - Main navigation
    • Report Logo - Appears in reports
    • Favicon - Browser tab icon
  3. Preview and save

Logo requirements:

  • Format: PNG, SVG
  • Primary: 200x50px recommended
  • Square version: 100x100px for reports

Customize platform colors:

  • Primary Color - Buttons, links
  • Secondary Color - Accents
  • Preview before applying

Configure report appearance:

  • Company logo position
  • Footer text
  • Cover page styling
  • Color scheme for charts

Configure authentication requirements:

Restrict access by IP:

  1. Enable IP allowlisting
  2. Add allowed IP ranges
  3. Test before enforcing

Configure Single Sign-On:

  • SAML 2.0 support
  • Identity provider setup
  • User provisioning

Configure data retention:

  • Project archive period
  • Deleted data purge
  • Audit log retention

View backup status:

  • Last backup time
  • Backup frequency
  • Restore options

Export organization data:

  1. Go to Data Management
  2. Select data types
  3. Request export
  4. Download when ready

View usage metrics:

  • Active users
  • Projects count
  • Storage used
  • API calls

See your plan limits:

  • Maximum users
  • Storage quota
  • Feature access
  • API rate limits

To upgrade your plan:

  1. Contact sales@nforged.com
  2. Or click Upgrade in settings

  2. View all administrative actions
  3. Filter by date, user, action

  1. Select date range
  2. Choose format (CSV, JSON)
  3. Download

Manage organization API keys:

  1. Go to IntegrationsAPI Keys
  2. View existing keys
  3. Create new keys
  4. Revoke as needed

Configure organization-wide notifications:

  • Maintenance windows
  • Feature announcements
  • Security alerts

Configure email:

  • From address customization
  • Email footer
  • Reply-to address
  • Enable MFA for all users
  • Review audit logs regularly
  • Configure session timeouts
  • Use IP allowlisting for sensitive data
  • Use high-quality logos
  • Test reports with branding
  • Maintain consistent colors
  • Review user list quarterly
  • Archive completed projects
  • Monitor storage usage
  • Keep contact info current
