Workload Heatmap

- Rows: Team members
- Columns: Time periods (weeks/months)
- Colors: Utilization level
- Green: Available capacity
- Yellow: Moderate load
- Red: Overloaded
Reading the Heatmap
Section titled “Reading the Heatmap”| Color | Utilization | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Light green | 0-50% | Available for new work |
| Green | 50-75% | Healthy workload |
| Yellow | 75-90% | Near capacity |
| Orange | 90-100% | At capacity |
