User Management
User Management
Section titled “User Management”User Management allows administrators to add, configure, and manage team members in your NEURO tenant.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”User management capabilities:
- Add and remove users
- Assign roles and permissions
- Configure authentication
- Manage user profiles
- Monitor user activity
Accessing User Management
Section titled “Accessing User Management”- Navigate to Settings → Users
- Or click Admin → User Management
Viewing Users
Section titled “Viewing Users”User List
Section titled “User List”The user list shows:
- Name and email
- Role
- Status (Active/Inactive)
- Last login
- MFA status
Filtering Users
Section titled “Filtering Users”Filter by:
- Role
- Status
- Department
- Last active
Searching
Section titled “Searching”Search by name or email in the search box.
Adding Users
Section titled “Adding Users”Invite New User
Section titled “Invite New User”- Click + Invite User
- Enter user details:
- Email address (required)
- Full name (required)
- Role (required)
- Department (optional)
- Click Send Invitation
Invitation Process
Section titled “Invitation Process”- User receives email invitation
- User clicks link to activate
- User sets password
- User configures MFA
- Account becomes active
Bulk Invite
Section titled “Bulk Invite”Invite multiple users:
- Click Bulk Invite
- Download CSV template
- Fill in user details
- Upload CSV
- Review and send invitations

Assigning Roles
Section titled “Assigning Roles”- Click on user row
- Click Edit
- Select new role
- Save changes
Editing Users

Section titled “User Profile”Edit user details:
- Click user row
- Click Edit
- Modify:
- Full name
- Role
- Department
- Status
- Save changes
Resetting Password
Section titled “Resetting Password”If a user needs password reset:
- Click user row
- Click Reset Password
- User receives reset email
Resending Invitation
Section titled “Resending Invitation”For pending invitations:
- Find user in list
- Click Resend Invitation
Deactivating Users
Section titled “Deactivating Users”Deactivate vs. Delete
Section titled “Deactivate vs. Delete”| Action | Effect |

| Deactivate | User can’t log in, data preserved |
| Delete | User removed, activity preserved |
Deactivating
Section titled “Deactivating”- Click user row
- Click Deactivate
- Confirm action
Deactivated users:
- Cannot log in
- Don’t count against user limit
- Historical activity preserved
- Can be reactivated
Reactivating
Section titled “Reactivating”- Filter to show inactive users
- Click user row
- Click Reactivate
Deleting Users
Section titled “Deleting Users”- Click user row
- Click Delete
- Type user’s email to confirm
- Click Permanently Delete
After deletion:
- User cannot log in
- User removed from teams
- Comments show “Deleted User”
- Activity logs preserved
Two-Factor Authentication
Section titled “Two-Factor Authentication”MFA Status
Section titled “MFA Status”View MFA status for each user:

- Enforced
Enforcing MFA
Section titled “Enforcing MFA”Require MFA for all users:
- Go to Tenant Settings → Security
- Enable Require MFA
- Set grace period for configuration
Resetting MFA
Section titled “Resetting MFA”If a user loses access to their authenticator:
- Click user row
- Click Reset MFA
- User prompted to reconfigure on next login
User Activity
Section titled “User Activity”Viewing Activity
Section titled “Viewing Activity”See individual user activity:
- Click user row
- Go to Activity tab
- View login history, actions
Activity Includes
Section titled “Activity Includes”- Login times and locations
- Projects accessed
- Findings created/edited
- Reports generated
- Settings changes
Best Practices

Section titled “Onboarding”- Send invitation
- Assign appropriate role
- Add to relevant projects

- Verify MFA configured
Offboarding
Section titled “Offboarding”- Remove from active projects
- Transfer ownership of items
- Deactivate (don’t delete)
- Review for sensitive access
- Document in audit trail
Regular Review
Section titled “Regular Review”- Quarterly user audit
- Remove inactive accounts
- Verify role appropriateness
- Check MFA compliance

- Use least privilege roles
- Monitor login activity
