Clients
Section titled “Clients”The Clients module helps you manage your client relationships, organize projects by organization, and maintain client-specific settings.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Clients in NEURO represent the organizations you perform security assessments for. Each client can have:
- Multiple projects
- Custom branding (logo)
- Contact information
- Client portal access
- Specific settings
Viewing Clients
Section titled “Viewing Clients”Navigate to Clients from the main navigation to see all clients in your tenant.
Client List View
Section titled “Client List View”The client list displays:
- Client name and logo
- Contact email
- Number of active projects
- Last activity date
- Quick action buttons
Sorting and Filtering
Section titled “Sorting and Filtering”Sort clients by:
- Name (A-Z, Z-A)
- Creation date
- Last activity
- Number of projects
Filter clients by:
- Industry
- Status (Active, Inactive)
- With/without active projects
Creating a Client
Section titled “Creating a Client”- Navigate to Clients
- Click + New Client
- Fill in the client form:
Required Fields
Section titled “Required Fields”| Field | Description |

- Click Create Client
Client Details
Section titled “Client Details”Click on a client to view their detail page:

Section titled “Overview Tab”- Client information
- Contact details
- Quick stats
Projects Tab
Section titled “Projects Tab”- All projects for this client
- Create new project
- Filter by status
Contacts Tab
Section titled “Contacts Tab”- Key contacts at the organization
- Add/edit contact persons
- Role and department
Settings Tab
Section titled “Settings Tab”- Client-specific preferences
- Report branding options
- Portal access settings
Editing Clients
Section titled “Editing Clients”- Open the client details page
- Click Edit or the pencil icon
- Modify the desired fields
- Click Save Changes
Updating Logo
Section titled “Updating Logo”- Click on the current logo or logo placeholder
- Upload a new image
- Crop/adjust as needed
- Save changes
Client Portal Access
Section titled “Client Portal Access”Grant clients access to view their projects:
Enabling Portal Access
Section titled “Enabling Portal Access”- Navigate to Client Settings
- Toggle Enable Client Portal
- Add portal user emails
- Set permission levels
Portal Permissions
Section titled “Portal Permissions”| Permission | Description |

| View Findings | Access finding details |
| Add Comments | Comment on findings |
| Download Reports | Access generated reports |
| Request Remediation | Mark findings as remediated |

Managing Client Contacts
Section titled “Managing Client Contacts”Adding Contacts
Section titled “Adding Contacts”- Open client details
- Go to Contacts tab
- Click + Add Contact
- Enter contact information:
- Name
- Phone
- Role/Title
- Department
- Click Save
Contact Roles
Section titled “Contact Roles”Designate contacts for specific purposes:
- Primary Contact - Main point of contact
- Technical Contact - For technical discussions
- Executive Sponsor - For escalations
- Billing Contact - For invoicing
Client Notes
Section titled “Client Notes”Add internal notes about clients:
- Open client details
- Click Notes or scroll to notes section
- Add timestamped notes
- Notes are visible only to your team
Use notes for:
- Meeting summaries
- Special requirements
- Historical context
- Relationship information
Archiving Clients
Section titled “Archiving Clients”When you no longer work with a client:
- Open client details
- Click Archive Client
- Confirm the action
Archived clients:
- Don’t appear in main list
- Can be restored later
- Historical data preserved
- Projects become read-only
Restoring Archived Clients
Section titled “Restoring Archived Clients”- Go to Clients → Show Archived
- Find the client
- Click Restore
Deleting Clients
Section titled “Deleting Clients”To delete a client:
- Ensure all projects are completed or deleted
- Open client details
- Click Delete Client
- Type the client name to confirm
- Click Permanently Delete
Best Practices
Section titled “Best Practices”Client Organization
Section titled “Client Organization”- Use consistent naming conventions
- Keep contact information updated
- Add logos for easy identification
- Use industries for filtering
Data Management
Section titled “Data Management”- Archive inactive clients instead of deleting
- Document important notes
- Keep portal access current
