Create templates matching your organization’s style:

  1. Download the default template
  2. Modify in Microsoft Word
  3. Upload as custom template
  4. Use for future reports

  1. Open your project
  2. Click Generate Report in the header
  3. Select template
  4. Click Generate
  5. Download the DOCX file
  1. Navigate to project Reports tab
  2. Click + New Report
  3. Configure options:

  2. Enable watermark toggle
  3. Select preset or enter custom text
  4. Choose position (diagonal, header, footer)
  5. Preview the watermark
  6. Generate report

Watermarks appear on every page of the generated document.

  3. Upload image file (PNG, JPG, SVG)

Add your organization’s branding:

  1. Go to SettingsReport Branding
  2. Upload:
    • Company logo
    • Cover page background
    • Header/footer logos
  3. Set colors for charts

Customize section order:

  1. In report settings, click Sections
  2. Drag sections to reorder
  3. Toggle sections on/off
  4. Save preferences

Configure how findings appear:

Before generating:

  1. Click Preview Report
  2. Review structure and content
  3. Make adjustments
  4. Generate final version
  1. After generation, click Download
  2. Save the .docx file
  3. Open in Microsoft Word

NEURO generates DOCX files. To convert to PDF:

  1. Open in Microsoft Word
  2. File → Save As → PDF
  3. Or use LibreOffice: libreoffice --headless --convert-to pdf report.docx

Track all generated reports:

  1. Go to project Reports tab
  2. View list of generated reports
  3. Access previous versions
  4. Download any past report

The report pulls data automatically:

  • Project metadata
  • All included findings
  • Asset information
  • Statistics and charts
  • Team information

Some sections may need manual input:

  • Executive summary customization
  • Methodology specifics
  • Special recommendations
  • Appendix content

  • Verify evidence is attached
  • Check severity ratings
  • Confirm affected assets

After generation:

  • Review executive summary
  • Verify all findings included
  • Check screenshot quality
  • Confirm branding/logos
  • Proofread content
  • Test internal links
  • Convert to PDF for final delivery
  • Password-protect sensitive reports
  • Use secure file transfer
  • Maintain version control

If data is missing from reports:

  1. Verify finding fields are complete
  2. Check project metadata
  3. Ensure assets are linked
  4. Regenerate report

If formatting is incorrect:

  1. Check template compatibility
  2. Verify image sizes
  3. Review custom template
  4. Use default template as fallback

For reports with many findings:

  1. Generate may take longer
  2. Consider splitting by severity
  3. Compress images first
  4. Use finding filters
