Accessing Preferences
Section titled “Accessing Preferences”- Click your avatar → Settings
- Or navigate to Settings → Preferences
Display Settings
Section titled “Display Settings”| Option | Description |

Density
Section titled “Density”Control interface compactness:
- Comfortable - More spacing, larger targets
- Compact - Denser layout, more data visible
Sidebar
Section titled “Sidebar”Sidebar behavior options:
- Expanded - Always show full sidebar
- Collapsed - Show icons only
- Auto - Collapse on smaller screens
Notification Preferences

Quiet Hours

- Enable quiet hours
- Set start time (e.g., 6 PM)
- Set end time (e.g., 8 AM)
- Choose days (weekdays only, all days)

Finding Defaults

Visible Columns

- Open any table
- Click Columns button
- Toggle column visibility
- Reorder columns
- Save as default
Saved Views
Section titled “Saved Views”Create and save custom views:
- Configure filters and columns
- Click Save View
- Name your view
- Access from view dropdown
Date & Time

- Global shortcuts on/off

- List shortcuts on/off
View Shortcuts
Section titled “View Shortcuts”Press ? or go to Preferences → Keyboard Shortcuts to view all available shortcuts.
Beta Features
Section titled “Beta Features”Feature Flags
Section titled “Feature Flags”Enable experimental features:
- Enhanced tables - Advanced filtering
- AI chat assistant - Interactive AI
- Advanced reporting - New report features
Resetting Preferences
Section titled “Resetting Preferences”Reset to Defaults
Section titled “Reset to Defaults”- Go to Preferences
- Scroll to bottom
- Click Reset to Defaults
- Confirm reset
This resets only preferences, not data.
Syncing Across Devices
Section titled “Syncing Across Devices”Preferences are synced across all devices where you’re logged in:
- Theme follows your preference
- Notifications consistent
- Default settings applied
