Profile Settings

Customize your NEURO profile, update personal information, and manage your account preferences.

  1. Click your avatar in the top-right
  2. Select Profile from the dropdown
  3. Or navigate to SettingsProfile

  1. Click Edit Profile
  2. Modify fields
  3. Click Save Changes

Upload a profile picture:

  1. Click current avatar
  2. Upload new image (PNG, JPEG)
  3. Crop and adjust
  4. Save

Photo requirements:

  • Square format recommended
  • Minimum 100x100 pixels
  • Maximum 5MB file size

Your email is used for:

  • Login authentication
  • Notifications
  • Password recovery

Changing email:

  1. Click Change Email
  2. Enter new email
  3. Verify via confirmation link
  4. Update complete

Change your password:

  1. Click Change Password
  2. Enter current password
  3. Enter new password (twice)
  4. Click Update Password

Password requirements vary by organization policy.

Choose your visual theme:

  • Light - Standard light mode
  • Dark - Reduced eye strain
  • System - Follow OS preference

Select interface language:

  • English (default)
  • Additional languages as available

Configure display formats:

  • Date format (MM/DD/YYYY, DD/MM/YYYY)
  • Time format (12-hour, 24-hour)
  • Timezone selection

Control what others see:

  • Full name (always visible)
  • Email (team only / hidden)
  • Phone (team only / hidden)
  • Activity status (on/off)

Toggle visibility:

  • Show as online when active
  • Appear offline always

If using Single Sign-On:

  • View connected identity provider
  • Manage connection

View your API tokens:

  1. Go to API Access section
  2. View active tokens
  3. Revoke tokens if needed

View where you’re logged in:

  • Device type
  • Browser
  • Location (approximate)
  • Last activity
  • Click Sign Out on specific session
  • Click Sign Out All to end all sessions

Request data export:

  1. Click Download My Data
  2. Select data types
  3. Request export
  4. Download when ready

Contact your administrator to request account deletion.
