Profile Settings
Profile Settings
Section titled “Profile Settings”Customize your NEURO profile, update personal information, and manage your account preferences.
Accessing Profile
Section titled “Accessing Profile”- Click your avatar in the top-right
- Select Profile from the dropdown
- Or navigate to Settings → Profile
Profile Information
Section titled “Profile Information”Basic Details
Section titled “Basic Details”| Field | Description |

Updating Profile
Section titled “Updating Profile”- Click Edit Profile
- Modify fields
- Click Save Changes
Profile Photo
Section titled “Profile Photo”Upload a profile picture:
- Click current avatar
- Upload new image (PNG, JPEG)
- Crop and adjust
- Save
Photo requirements:
- Square format recommended
- Minimum 100x100 pixels
- Maximum 5MB file size
Account Settings
Section titled “Account Settings”Email Address
Section titled “Email Address”Your email is used for:
- Login authentication
- Notifications
- Password recovery
Changing email:
- Click Change Email
- Enter new email
- Verify via confirmation link
- Update complete
Password
Section titled “Password”Change your password:
- Click Change Password
- Enter current password
- Enter new password (twice)
- Click Update Password
Password requirements vary by organization policy.
Display Preferences
Section titled “Display Preferences”Choose your visual theme:
- Light - Standard light mode
- Dark - Reduced eye strain
- System - Follow OS preference
Language
Section titled “Language”Select interface language:
- English (default)
- Additional languages as available
Date/Time Format
Section titled “Date/Time Format”Configure display formats:
- Date format (MM/DD/YYYY, DD/MM/YYYY)
- Time format (12-hour, 24-hour)
- Timezone selection
Privacy Settings
Section titled “Privacy Settings”Profile Visibility
Section titled “Profile Visibility”Control what others see:
- Full name (always visible)
- Email (team only / hidden)
- Phone (team only / hidden)
- Activity status (on/off)
Online Status
Section titled “Online Status”Toggle visibility:
- Show as online when active
- Appear offline always
Connected Accounts
Section titled “Connected Accounts”SSO Connections
Section titled “SSO Connections”If using Single Sign-On:
- View connected identity provider
- Manage connection
API Access
Section titled “API Access”View your API tokens:
- Go to API Access section
- View active tokens
- Revoke tokens if needed
Session Management
Section titled “Session Management”Active Sessions
Section titled “Active Sessions”View where you’re logged in:
- Device type
- Browser
- Location (approximate)
- Last activity
Managing Sessions
Section titled “Managing Sessions”- Click Sign Out on specific session
- Click Sign Out All to end all sessions
Data & Privacy
Section titled “Data & Privacy”Download Your Data
Section titled “Download Your Data”Request data export:
- Click Download My Data
- Select data types
- Request export
- Download when ready
Delete Account
Section titled “Delete Account”Contact your administrator to request account deletion.
